Mastering Advanced Project Management using Microsoft Office Project 2003: The second of our two-part Project series digs deeper to explore advanced functionality. Success in this course requires fundamental knowledge covered in the Foundations course.
 
                         
Managing Enterprise Projects using Microsoft Office Project Server 2003: This essential EPM course takes the experienced Project user through the rich new set of enterprise features introduced when Project Professional is used with Project Server in an enterprise implementation. Students learn how to use enterprise features to build a team and publish assignments and how the functionality added by Project Web Access, SharePoint and Analysis Services enhance their ability to manage projects.
 
                                                               
Collaborating on Enterprise Project Teams:  Team members are the key to the successful project tracking using Project Web Access. Mining Your Enterprise Portfolio using Microsoft Office Project Server 2003:  Respectingthe pressures on executive time, we've kept this one as compact as possible. Attendees focus on extracting information from the EPM system and applying advanced analysis techniques although learners get a thorough overview of the entire system.

Managing Enterprise Resources using Microsoft Office Project Server 2003:   Line managers are represented in the EPM environment as Resource Managers. Along with having access to and, sometimes, control of resource data, resource managers are often called upon to take on assignment management. This course prepares attendees for assuming functions in collaborative project management and teaches them to manage assignments using both Project Professional and Project Server.  

Administering an Enterprise PMO using Microsoft Office Project Server 2003:  A must for those responsible for managing a Project Server implementation day to day. Except for installation, this course covers everything you need to know about configuring and managing Project Server.

Normally a four-day learning track, our condensed course teaches you how to use Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Server through each stage of the project management life cycle.
